Saturday 2 Jan 2010: The iPM New Year Honours Special
How is your festive season? Tonight's iPM on Radio 4 will be Eddie looking back, largely in anger, at the last year on the programme. I refused to have anything to do with this Christmas filler show.
But they will playing a shortened version of 'The Yes/No Challenge for Politicians' which IS very funny. You can listen to the full item here if you so fancy it.
Anyhoo. I urge you to drop everything on 2 January at 5.30pm and join us for the annual New Year Honours Special programme. We'll reveal the winner and talk to some of the other nominees.
You may have heard our piece on the town of Wootton Bassett, nominated time and again for the iPM Honour. Listen to reporter Andrew Bomford's visit
Fifteen cleaners and porters at the University of Gloucestershire were also nominated. We weren't able to speak to all of them, but I spoke to three women who told me what it was like to work there
Join us if you can. We'll also be inside a pod if you miss it.
