Our stay at the GAIA Hotel was a delightful experience! As a group of five students, we prioritized having a private bathroom, and we were thrilled to find it met our needs perfectly. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station, making it easy to take the Rapid bus to Ferringhi Bay for just RM 1.40 per person. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, responding quickly to our inquiries. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this budget hotel; the air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent! Overall, we highly recommend GAIA Hotel for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy spot near the beach. The parking was safe and convenient, the accommodations were spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I was greeted by Joyce, who messaged me with clear instructions and directions to get to the accommodation. When my family and I entered the property, it was clean and well kept. My elderly relatives found it easy to use their facilities and the internet was fast and stable. We informed the team that we would like to do some light cooking, and they happily obliged our request. Utensils were provided which made things so much easier.
