The safety of our students, staff and campus partners is of paramount importance We follow Government and relevant educational agencies advice. Students who are unwell or concerned about their health should contact their GP or a health professional. NSW Health has a free helpline, Health Direct, at 1800 022 222. If you appear unwell, specifically with a cough, you may be refused service as a precautionary measure. You will need to provide a medical certificate stating you have been tested for COVID-19 and are clear. We appreciate your understanding. If you have commenced training and develop a fever or a cough, you may be removed from training until you are clear to return (have been tested or have been through an isolation period). If you have recently completed mandatory isolation, please advise staff of dates and location. Hand sanitizer and tissues have been placed throughout our training sites. Ensure you wash hands regularly and avoid touching your face and do not cough directly into the air, cough into your sleeve or a tissue and then dispose of it. If you have travelled from a high-risk country in the last 14 days, please advise staff and as you cannot be enrolled until you have completed your required isolation period and provide us a medical certificate stating that you are clear for COVID-19. Posters and advice have been placed in our campuses advising of symptoms and actions to reduce the transmission of the virus. We have adjusted our class seating arrangement to meet social distancing requirements. If you think a fellow student is unwell and have concerns for your own health, please approach a member of staff and inform them.
