Anyone with problems with Vera&John | JPJ Group ? - RESOLVED

I have an issue with a past payment and didn't get any reply from 3 affiliate managers. I have an open ticket for over a month with no reply. I even tried with customer support and other channels like linkedn. Really weird. Anyone facing the same issue?

We’re proud to inform you of an exciting change coming to our affiliates program at the end of the month! Are you ready for it?

JPJ Group Affiliates

As of 28th January 2019, PlainPartners will receive a complete makeover, and will be rebranded as JPJ Group Affiliates. Of course, we’re going to keep providing you with the same outstanding service and promoting our amazing brands: Vera&John, InterCasino, Finlandia, and JackpotJoy.se as usual.

You won’t need to make any changes, aside from logging in to our new site. Going forward, you can log in at www.jpjgroupaffiliates.com using your existing account details. You’ll find a cutting-edge new site, but our reliable back end system will remain the same as usual. You may notice that we’ve changed the style of the back end a little bit, but other than being more visually appealing, it all works the same way.


Opportunity in full bloom

If you want to talk to us, you’ve got the chance to do so in person! Find us at this year’s London Affiliate Conference at Stand J12 to discuss our rebranding, or anything else you may have on your mind. Yes, I've got this e-mail as well, but didn't justify an opened ticket with no reply for over a month and a late commission not paid. I'm afraid.

Yeah guys, they have moved over to JPL Affiliates, I saw them at their stand on LAC too. Delays probably have to to with them moving over to another platform.

No one is getting any problem with them? Really weird that a topic about Vera&John, Intercasino (JPJgroup) was not available here.

I sent the e-mail on Feb 12 and still have no reply. I will definitely quit this program, and start working with a new business model. This industry is full of ripoffs.

I received the payment yesterday (Feb 19). Anyway, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication (including in 3 forums I posted this case). I never got any e-mail from the affiliate managers about this case.
