Corporate challenges imposed by global economic competitiveness, coupled with addressing social inequalities and environmental problems, have been growing and becoming increasingly a silent form of selection in the business environment. Sustainability

This study aimed to provide an overview of eco-innovations in the Brazilian industry. To address this issue, we analyzed specific data of eco-innovative companies. In addition, we applied the cluster heatmap technique, which allowed us to analyze the different drivers and impacts of eco-innovations in different sectors. According to the results, companies that stated that innovation made it possible to reduce their environmental impact represent a third of all innovators. Moreover, they are companies that have shown greater effort to innovate and greater susceptibility to the benefits and obstacles of innovation. Furthermore, the eco-innovation strategy is mainly driven by market factors, such as reputation and codes of good practice. The whole development process along the history of the society was based on the innovation and the applications of the innovation in different areas. Especially during the last century, innovation was considered the engine of the development due to its huge importance in reaching and maintaining a high rate of growth for the world’s economies. The innovation process has now a specific feature, namely the orientation to the environmental problems which affect the whole planet; according to this orientation, a new type of innovation is recognized – the eco-innovation. Our paper aims to introduce and characterize the eco-innovation, to present the importance of this process in the context of sustainable development, to highlight the EU environmental policies which include the concept of eco-innovation and to exemplify some positive achievements in the field.

The paper aims to encourage the creation of innovation policy by individual states and state institutions, management of companies in the energy sector, with the synergy of national and interstate institutions, to apply an integrative approach to eco-innovation. The purpose of this paper is to expand the existing potential for the development of eco-innovation in the business sector and industrial enterprises. Acest articol aduce în discuție aspecte ale terapiei logopedice on line, privind interacțiunea, eficiența și rezultatul acesteia, discuția bazându-se pe studii realizate atât în funcție de tulburări ale limbajului, cât și în conformitate cu prezența dizabilității. Discuția are loc pe baza chestionarului aplicat unui număr de 51 de părinți ai căror copii au desfășurat ședințe de terapie logopedică on line, cu precădere în mod sincron. Avantajele și dezavantajele folosirii terapiei on line sunt dezbătute atât din punct de vedere al părintelui, cât și al logopedului. Importanța individualizării alegerii formei terapeutice on line sau clasice, fiind o concluzie inerentă.

Esports fans have been known for being heavy consumers of competitive gaming content and for being digital natives who love to comment about esports on numerous social platforms. This has attracted various sponsors interested in capitalizing in this social buzz. However, there have been signs that this high vocality can in fact heavily damage several sponsors. Hence, this research aimed to determine if esports fans' high vocality is a benefit and/or a risk to these sponsors. To achieve this, we adopted a qualitative exploratory design to interview, via digital platforms, 10 esports sponsorship experts. In total, we interviewed two endemic and three non-endemic esports sponsors and five marketing agencies with experience in esports sponsorships. They were sampled via a nonprobability purposive heterogeneous method and were reached via the companies' website contact sections. Data were analyzed with the assistance of NVivo 10. The overall results showed that all experts agreed that this high vocality can both benefit and damage esports sponsors. The uniformity in the answers showed that this element is not a greater benefit or risk to a particular type of esports sponsor. Ergo we considered that the high vocality of esports fans is a double-edged sword. This study is necessary because, despite esports' massive growth, this field has received scant scientific attention, with the specific areas of esports marketing and esports sponsorships being even more severely overlooked. Besides, from a business standpoint, the findings are highly significant for every sponsor looking to better comprehend esports and its fanbase.
