Ο οδηγός αυτός αποτελεί συλλογικό έργο της Ομάδας Εργασίας – Επιτροπής της Π.Ο.Σ.Ε.Ε.Π.Ε.Α., η οποία αποτελείται από ΕΒΠ εκπροσώπους των Περιφερειακών Συλλόγων ΕΕΠ-ΕΒΠ. Diabetes is the most common long-term condition that affects people of all ages due to inadequate insulin production. The appearance of black spots for millennia, interpreting eye pictures, and detecting diabetic retinopathy in its early stages has been a big challenge. The Explainable AI method is to explain the deep learning model that is understandable by humans and trusts the result. This is especially important in safety critical domains like healthcare or security, which replaces manual processes and understanding of the models function by non-technical domain skilled person. Explainable AI is used to describe an AI model, its expected impact and potential biases. It helps characterize model accuracy, fairness, transparency and outcomes in AI-powered decision making. Explainable AI is crucial for an organization in building trust and confidence when putting AI models into production. AI explains ability also helps an organization adopt a responsible approach to AI development. Specifically, the back propagation step is responsible for updating the weights based on its error function. SHAP or SHAPley Additive explanations are a visualization tool that can be used for making a machine learning model more explainable by visualizing its output. It can be used for explaining the prediction of any model by computing the contribution of each feature to the prediction.

English as a second linguistic language generates a challenging charge on its teaching, specifically in those areas where its exposure is limited. This research tried to examine English teaching challenges met by the teachers in bilingual classrooms at the public school of liaqatabad Karachi. Students who go through public school interact in different languages. With the help of this existing research, we aimed to sort out the challenges and difficulties faced by the teachers of secondary school during the period of teaching English in the classroom of a multilingual setting. Random sampling was used and 30 public sector Secondary school teachers have participated in the study. For data collection, we used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the simple percentage frequency method. Findings of research revealed that there were lots of difficulties faced by teachers in the bilingual classroom. In this essay, I analyze Sylvia Wynter's account of the transition from theocentric, Medieval metaphysical determinations of being to secular, anti-Black ontotheological structures of meaning. Utilizing an under-commented upon influence, Jacques Derrida, and deconstruction, I reveal how Wynter interprets the logocentric foundation of Western philosophy through the racialized absences of transformation. That is, what motivates ontotheological transformation is permanently stabilized by anti-Black metaphysics. Following the discovery of the New World, for Wynter, metaphysics is fundamentally altered in the same manner that logocentrism had altered Western philosophy. This project marks a pronounced elaboration of the deconstructive strategies of Sylvia Wynter and culminates in a description of the 'grammatological autopoiesis' of ceremony-finding. This interpretation of Sylvia Wynter marks a departure from the more Foucauldian analyses of Wynter's project. I conclude that such an interpretation of Wynter opens up a new method of ceremony-finding which calls for a coming project of the 'human being as praxis' informed by non-Western deconstructive impulses.
