  The concept of this is great, and it does work very well. However… I had two problems 1) When adding the flour mixture into my mixing bowl it kept landing on top top of the spatula falling into the groves (since it is a semi-flat surface). I had to stop and dust of the spatula to ensure I used all the appropriate amount of flour. The design would be better served if it curved upward into a triangle of sorts so items could be directed away from it and not sit on top 2) My spatula slid down as the speed of my mixer was turned up. I had to go slower on my mixer and/or pull the spatula back upwards in intervals. It didn’t completely come off, but still moved down. So I will rate this as good and I won’t bother with the effort to return, but it could be done better.
