  I am in love with the Hikari Miso _freeze-dried Miso Soup_4types 40 Sets, this soup base gives it the needed kick. I often add some dried chives and some dried mushrooms, but just a teaspoon of this soup base and you get an incredible miso.
  
  Will buy again if I ever run out, 2.2 pound is a lot of base.
