  This skillet does the job but please know that it is HEAVY! I would suggest seasoning it one more time before putting it into use because it will help with sticking. I will be keeping it but will likely try and find another that isn't so heavy. Weight is the reason I gat versatility 4 stars. Don't be afraid to purchase but be aware of the weight factor.
