Please only add 1/3 detergent into the bottle instead of filling full to the top.

Adjust soap mode to the minimum to allow water mix with detergent at first. Then increase soap gradually after water and detergent were mixed.

A must have for grooming
This item is great, if you groom your own pets this is a must have. It has 4 settings, 3 for regulating how much soap is distributed and 1 for just water. This will lather ur pet in seconds with more lather than you could imagine. For rinsing the head has about 8-10 settings to use. Ex. Soak, shower, jet etc...I love it and it makes my grooming job much much easier. I use Lillian Ruff concentrated soap and conditioner and highly recommend it as well. It leaves my retrievers hair like silk after grooming.
