Find Information

Chemicals Browse relationships among chemicals, and obtain detailed information about them, including structure, toxicology data and associated genes, diseases, pathways, and references.
Chemical Resources Other resources with information about chemicals.
Chemical–Gene Interactions Search for cross-species chemical–gene and protein interactions curated from the published literature. Interactions may be retrieved by chemical, interaction type, gene, organism, or Gene Ontology annotation.
Genes Search for genes from diverse vertebrates and invertebrates by symbol, synonym, accession ID, organism taxon, chemical, chemical–gene interaction type, disease, or Gene Ontology annotation. You may also browse the gene vocabulary.
Gene Resources Other resources with information about genes, proteins, and sequences.
Diseases Obtain detailed information about diseases, including associated genes and chemicals.
Disease Resources Other resources with information about diseases.
References Search for references by gene, organism taxon, chemical, chemical–gene interaction type, disease, citation information, or accession ID.
Reference Resources Other resources with reference information.
Organisms Browse relationships among organism taxa, and access associated genes.
Gene Ontology (GO) Browse relationships among the Gene Ontology terms, and access annotated genes and associated diseases.
Pathways Browse KEGG and REACTOME pathways, and access detailed information, including annotated genes and diseases.
Analysis Tools Alternative ways to access and analyze CTD data.
Batch Query Download customized data sets associated with a list of chemicals, diseases, genes, Gene Ontology terms, or pathways.
MyGeneVenn Compare your gene list to genes associated with up to two chemicals or diseases.
MyVenn View commonalities among your lists of CTD chemicals, diseases, genes, GO terms, pathways, or any other data.
VennViewer Compare associated data sets for up to three chemicals, diseases, or genes.
