- NVIDIA
- Oracle

How our research can help you
We can offer expertise in five key areas:
- programming languages
- cyber security
- computational intelligence
- computing education
- data science.
There are many ways you can take advantage of our research in these areas. You may want to directly fund researchers, postdocs, or PhD students to work in areas of common interest. Or you may want to offer a secondment to a member of our staff to work with you, or vice versa.
We could help you to analyse data, or give feedback on ‘blue sky’ ideas or prototypes. Alternatively, you may wish to work with us on a wider collaboration funded by the UK Research Councils or the European Commission.
We’re always interested to talk to you about potential projects, so please email with any questions or suggestions.
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships

Joining us in a
Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) gives you access to our world-leading research helping
you to develop a strategic business opportunity, idea or innovation. The School

particular collaboration, as well as taking the application through from
inception to completion.
If you are interested in finding out how Knowledge Transfer Partnerships work, contact the University’s dedicated KTP team.
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships are part of the University's commitment to supporting business. Our highly skilled Innovation and Enterprise team will be happy to talk to you about the other ways we can help your company develop.
Our aim is to provide much-needed financial advice to a wider mass-market client base by reducing our back-office costs. To help us, we are working with the University of Kent on innovative projects to improve efficiency and service quality.

- security consultancy.
If you want to talk to us in more detail about possible consultancy opportunities, please contact us.

We are able to offer masterclasses in all our areas of research and have recently delivered masterclasses on:
