We offer Texas Inspection & Custom Processing to our customer’s who are interested in processing their own livestock with us. We typically hang Beef in the drip cooler for 12 - 14 days. Pigs, Lamb, and Goat are typically hung 5 - 7 days in the drip cooler. (If you would like a custom hang time it must be discussed at time of harvest reservation). From the time the animals are dropped off at our facility we strive to keep them as comfortable as they can be. We provide water up until the time the animals walk into the building for harvest. We have an open door policy, therefore our customers have the option to watch the process from the time they are harvested or even when butchering the animal.
