Meat Processing

We offer Texas Inspection & Custom Processing to our customer’s who are interested in processing their own livestock with us. We typically hang Beef in the drip cooler for 12 - 14 days. Pigs, Lamb, and Goat are typically hung 5 - 7 days in the drip cooler. (If you would like a custom hang time it must be discussed at time of harvest reservation). From the time the animals are dropped off at our facility we strive to keep them as comfortable as they can be. We provide water up until the time the animals walk into the building for harvest. We have an open door policy, therefore our customers have the option to watch the process from the time they are harvested or even when butchering the animal. We would love to earn your business and provide your family with quality meat products made right here in Texas!

If we do not have a cut sheet for your animal by the scheduled day for butcher we will refer to our standard cut sheets.

Things To Know Before Your Harvest Appointment…

Harvest fees are non-refundable. If you need to make changes to your appointment we must be notified at least 30 days in advance. If you cancel in less than a 30 day notice you will need to pay another harvest fee to reschedule.

$50 deposit Due at time of drop off

$100 Field Dress Fee at time of drop off (We kindly ask that you please field dress your own animal)

Unloading Diagram
You can drop off your animal anytime after 12 pm the day before your scheduled harvest date.We must have you here by 7:00 AM the day of your harvest reservation!
