Dedication is the sixteenth album by Herbie Hancock. It was recorded in Japan in 1974 while Hancock was touring and first released on the Japanese CBS Sony label in September 21, 1974. Hancock performs "Maiden Voyage" and "Dolphin Dance" acoustically, while "Nobu" and "Cantaloupe Island" were performed on electric keyboards. It wasnt released in cd outside japan until 2013 as part of the "herbie hancock the complete columbia album collection 1972-1988" box set. The track "Nobu" is regarded by many (including As One) as the first ever techno track, due to its other-worldly repetitive electronic groove.

Dedication is an album by the Bay City Rollers, issued in fall 1976. It was the band's fourth original studio album, and the first new album to be released in the wake of their enormous worldwide success of early 1976.
Founding group member Alan Longmuir had been replaced by Ian Mitchell prior to the recording sessions. Upon the switch, Mitchell was slotted as rhythm guitarist; Stuart Wood moved from rhythm guitar to bass. Mitchell also provided the lead vocal for the title track. However, when he left the band later that year, a version of "Dedication" featuring a Les McKeown vocal was cut for subsequent pressings of the LP and was in fact released as a single.

In Ahmadiyya Islam, Jihad is a purely religious concept. It is primarily one's personal inner struggle. Armed struggle or military exertion is the last option only to be used in defense, to protect religion and one's own life in extreme situations of religious persecution, whilst not being able to follow one's fundamental religious beliefs; and even then it can only be carried out under the direct instruction of a Caliph, purely for the sake of God and the preservation of religion. It is not permissible that jihad be used to spread Islam violently or for political motives, or that it be waged against a government that maintains religious freedom. Political conflicts (even from a defensive stand) over independence, land and resources or reasons other than religious belief cannot be termed jihad.
Ahmadiyya claims its objective to be the revival and peaceful propagation of Islam with special emphasis on defending and extending Islam 'by the pen' and by argumentation. Ahmadis point out that as per prophecy, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (whom they believe to be the promised messiah) rendered Jihad in its military form as inapplicable in the present age as Islam, as a religion, is not being attacked militarily but through literature and other media, therefore the response should be likewise. They believe that the answer of hate should be given by love. As their khalifas said that 'if anyone attacks us we must not attack him and should treat them with love and kindness' this is called “Jihad-ul-Akbar” (The Greater Jihad).

Plot

With opportunities limited, it is crime that pays the bills and violence on the streets is how someone makes their mark. They make a living out of armed robberies with the help of eye candy Davina (Anna Nightingale) to seduce and lure drunken, unsuspecting rich City men in clubs, go back with them to their expensive flats, then Tyson and his crew move in, beat them up and steal everything.
"Victim" was the second single from Eighteen Visions self-titled album. The song was featured as the theme song to WWE Vengeance, and has had much airplay on the radio stations. The CD was not released as a single, but rather as a promo, for radio, and collectors.

The song was created in the summer of 2011 and later recorded as a single of the band. The featured video of the song was shot during the national tour of Sevi – the What Lies Beyond Tour and officially released on November 30, 2012. The arrangement and the lyrics of the song launched the track in the rock charts right after the promotion of the video. It almost immediately reached fifth position in Kamenitza Rock 40 for a couple of weeks, as well as number 1 for a week.
