Face Off may refer to:
Face Off! is an hockey game developed by Mindspan Technologies and published by GameStar on 1989. The game's features include not only the ability to play with your chosen hockey player, but also game plans, team maneuvers and management.
The game offers play with single player mode, two humans in cooperative mode or in versus mode. The player can control only one hockey player at a time, that can only be changed during interruptions of play. You can choose to play with 1, 3 or 5 players on each team.
The aspects that made this game famous were the change of camera angle if the hockey player shoots and it's close to the goaltender, and the mini-fight game scenario during the match that occurs sometimes when a player commits a foul on an opposite team's member.
This game is often confused with the Amiga game called Face-Off by Krisalis. The most important difference is that the game by Mindspan presents a kind of a fictitious rendition of the NHL, while the Krisalis Amiga game released in 1991 is a hockey simulation where you play national teams. To further complicate things, there is also 1989 Amiga hockey sim called Face Off by Anco Software, which has nothing to do with the above two.
Face Off is the fourth studio album by rapper Pastor Troy, released on May 22, 2001. It features several songs that were previously released on his independent albums. It was the first of three albums with Universal Records.
Bow-wow may be:
"Bow Wow (That's My Name)" is the second single from Lil' Bow Wow's debut album Beware of Dog. It features fellow rapper Snoop Dogg.
It samples "Dernier Domicile Connu" originally recorded by François de Roubaix and "Atomic Dog" by George Clinton. It was used in the 102 Dalmatians trailer.
Maxi CD single
The "radio edit" completely removes Snoop Dogg's rap and instead, includes a new verse. It also removes Lil' Bow Wow's mention of Snoop Dogg and Jermaine Dupri's line as well, making it a song by Lil' Bow Wow only. All versions censor profanities, including the second half of "motherfucker" in Snoop's verse, leading listeners to only hear "woof mother...the Dogg came to play".
The video was shot of Los Angeles directed by Dave Meyers. It was voted for the #1 video on BET's 106 & Park. It was the first music video on 106 & Park to be retired.
