Harold William Tower (Lodi, 17 de julio de 1911-San Diego, 12 de agosto de 1994) fue un deportista estadounidense que compitió en remo. Participó en los Juegos Olímpicos de Los Ángeles 1932, obteniendo una medalla de oro en la prueba de ocho con timonel.[1]​[2]​
