A name in  West Flemish (West-Vlams, West-Vloams, or Vlaemsch ; also West-Vlaams (Dutch), and Flamand Occidental (French)), a regional language spoken in the  Flanders region of Belgium. This tag is useful when an entity has names specified in more than one language:

• If name=* is in West Flemish too then name:vls=* specifies that this is (also) West Flemish.
• If name=* is in a different language then name:vls=* specifies an alternate name in West Flemish.
