Cloudy, light rain moving south.
While many places will remain dry this evening, a band of thicker cloud and light rain will gradually sink south through Scotland, eventually spreading to the south by dawn. Clearer conditions will develop behind the rain from the north.
The weather may be a little milder through the start of the coming week, but the cold Arctic air will be making a return by next weekend.
It was spotted off the coast of Sanremo and moved inland as a tornado, causing damage in the city.
India's coast guard says more than 100 fishermen went missing and 71 have been rescued so far.
