Darknight Anybody who was a fan of Palm Reader and Black Peaks will fall in love with this amazing band. These four tracks are proof that Vower are something truly special. Favorite track: Eyes Of A Nihilist.
Jason Bourgeois

Jason Bourgeois Dynamic, melodic with crushing riffs that keep you wanting more. In The Wake Of Failure pulls you in immediately with a propulsive rhythm and riffs. An all round listen with a promise of what's to come from these talented musicians. Favorite track: In The Wake Of Failure.

Benz Genuinely blown away with how amazing this ep is. Everything is perfect from the absolutely filthy guitar riffs to the amazing and powerful
rhythms from the drums and bass. And I can’t even begin with the vocals as they are absolutely perfect in every track. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for this band because its gonna be awesome Favorite track: In The Wake Of Failure.

Ready to take back what I’m owed You never see the same face in the afterglow Ready to change whatever it takes to grow All eyes on it All ears to the ground Feel the tide is turning Oh my god I see See what you’re becoming Right in front of me Take it all away Make it all ok Force the mirror on them Let them see Reflect the obscene Of course, it never ends well We’ll wait and see Only time will tell Feel the tide is turning Oh my god I see See what you’re becoming Right in front of me Take it all away Make it all ok Liar A pain that lives like the serpentine Winding Making it’s way towards agony I see the signs I feel the tide is turning It’s taken time but I see what you’re becoming Take it all away Make it all ok

You spoke of a world without pain But I still feel it You promised all over again That time can heal this We both know it won’t When we become One mind in the wake of failure. Do their lies hold the weight of a saviour? Feeling numb Oh now it’s taken over Have they sealed our fate? You sold us a lie as a dream With such conviction Sinking teeth will soothe the soul No one knows what to believe The facts are fiction Creating you’re own contradiction Face away The shame in shade We seldom see the sun Waste the day The game we play It cannot be undone

Drawn in by future mistakes Falling into This chamber, repeating the pain Seeking to change but I know I won’t Trust in false rituals Time given away Lost in habitual moments We feel no closure Trust in false rituals We are lost In the habitual It’s cyclical Still we push forward with idle hands. Endless. So much to see. We’re starved, so we feed. Unable to satiate. The fault’s my own. No sleep in the bed I’ve made. We are lost. Ritual. Habitual. Cyclical. credits

Sinking to feel all the pain that hides below the surface Though wounds have healed The skin will save the scars to show the burden Chaos quantified The suffering
they will justify It’s the difference between The sound and the silence The making of tyrants It’s easy to see through the eyes of a nihilist Suspending our belief Until we start to see Something resembling a sentence that’s genuine Another lie meant to pacify The crisis of meaning that’s only increasing The difference between The sound and the silence The making of tyrants Are the hands of the free Always destined to be bound by the violent? It’s easy to see through the eyes of a nihilist

about

Our debut EP 'apricity'

Pre orders for the 1st edition Vinyl & limited edition ‘apricity’ Merch are now available here - vowerstore.myshopify.com

The journey to get to this point has been incredibly rewarding, and considering we started to lay the foundations of this band nearly 3 years ago. It feels like it’s all happened very quickly!

Vower came to fruition at a time when everyone involved really needed it. Everything seemed to fall into place at the right time.
The meaning of the word ‘Apricity’ is the warmth of the sun in winter and that is exactly what this collection of songs has become.

We are so proud of these songs and what they represent at the start of this journey. More than anything we’re excited for what the future holds for Vower.
