On the far portside wall, is the door to our Public Affairs conference room. The door to the left leads out into the corridor. Opposite this door, on the far wall, is our game nook, where we keep the board games, books, and other lounge activities. A comfortable restaurant-style booth resides in the corner.
On the left wall -- the corridor side of the lounge -- can be found multiple touch-screen database access walls, as well as our main viewscreen, where we watch old movies, and access communication broadcasts. On the opposite wall, on the right, are exterior windows facing forward. Blue canvas blinds, that rise and lower, can be found covering these windows.
Within the room itself, is a couch area (facing the video screen), as well as nine tables, and chair seating for thirty-six individuals.
On the starboard wall, behind the camera view -- a mirror version of the far wall, is the door to our Public Affairs kitchen, another door that leads out into the corridor, and our coffee and beverage nook, that always features hot coffee and beverages for those who work in the PAO. Another restaurant-style booth rests in the starboard-forward corner.
Our Public Affairs Lounge is unique. There is no other lounge on Enterprise Station that looks like this. Many lounges have similar features, but all of them retain a more standard appearance.
