The Reform of University Experiment Education Based on MATLAB

Published: 23 April 2020 Publication History

Abstract

The traditional experimental teaching in universities is mainly to verify the theoretical knowledge. With the enrichment of internet and online resources, the requirement of students' comprehensive practical ability is higher and higher. Therefore, the experimental teaching reform is imperative. The teaching reform focuses on two aspects: teaching content and teaching mode. Take signal and system experiment as an example: the teaching content needs students to master MATLAB simulation software while understanding the important knowledge points of theory course, and deepen the understanding of the important knowledge points through MATLAB software; the teaching method adopts the "student-centered" flipped classroom teaching mode to give the initiative to students, and improve students' learning initiative and enthusiasm. The practice of teaching reform proves the effectiveness of teaching reform.
