Homemade Larabars, don’t mind if I do Filled with all good stuff, they are as easy to make as they are delicious to eat. Larabars don’t come with a layer of melted chocolate on top, but I can’t help myself sometime… and I’m not made about it either #. . . . Homemade Larabars . . 12 dates that have been pitted 1 1/4 cup cashews or walnuts or peanuts (for these I used a combination of cashews and walnuts) 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of sea salt Line a 8” pan with parchment and set aside. Soak your dates in hot water for 15 minutes and then drain them. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it forms a chunky paste. If the mixture seems to dry, just add a tablespoon of water. Press the mixture into the
