Property Collective is real estate brokerage and partnership in Northern Virginia. The dynamic team of brokers, agents, and designers strives to elevate the home buying and selling experience for their clients. This goal is achieved, in part, with branding and collateral systems that communicate their high-end vision, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Savette founder, Amy Zurek, set out to create a collection of leather bags meant to stand the test of time—“contemporary heirlooms” to be passed down through generations. We created a custom wordmark and paired the typography with clean, minimal sub marks. A neutral color palette and white, cotton stationery round out the system, and the result is a modern heritage brand.

The Carter embodies that elusive high-end authenticity that we all love. The bold typeface is balanced by a handwritten script that can be used in various ways across print collateral and platforms.
