Mediterranean Salmon
This 15-minute mediterranean salmon dish is flaky, tender, lemony salmon is cooked to perfection and topped with a juicy summer produce forward topper. It's healthy, delicious and gorgeous enough to serve at any dinner party. Barbara Bajon on Instagram: "Creamy Salmon Tagliatelle Recipe Serves: 2 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes Ingredients: 2 salmon fillets, cut into small cubes 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp peri peri seasoning ¼ tsp salt 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter ½ onion, finely chopped 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp tomato paste 1 tsp mixed herbs 1 tsp dried parsley ½ tsp salt 270 ml double cream 250 g tagliatelle pasta 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: Prepare the Salmon: In a bowl, combine the salmon cubes with paprika, peri peri seasoning, ¼ tsp salt, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix well to ensure the salmon is evenly coated. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the salmon pieces and fry for about 3 minutes on each sid
Maxime Péloquin on Instagram: "RECETTE TARTE SMASHED POTATOES AU SAUMON Pour 4 personnes Ingrédients : - 200 g de pommes de terre grenaille cuites - 30 g de parmesan - 1 branche de thym - 150 g de yaourt grec - 1 gousse d'ail - 1 citron - 4 tranches de saumon fumé - 1 poignée de roquette - 1 pincée de poivre - 1 filet d'huile d'olive Préparation : 1. Placer les pommes de terre cuites sur une feuille de papier cuisson et, à l'aide d'un verre, les écraser en forme de disque. Saupoudrer de parmesan et de thym. 2. Enfourner 30 minutes à 180°C. 3.
