Healthy Granola Cookies
High-fiber foods, like the oats and whole grains found in granola, fill you up and keep you feeling fuller longer. These cookies are perfect for you snack. Enjoy and follow for more. Ingredients: • 1 cup (90g) Rolled oats • 1/4 cup Chopped almonds • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds • 1/4 cup Raisins/cranberries/dark chocolate chips • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds • 1/4 cup (60ml) Coconut oil • 1/3 cup (80ml) Maple syrup • Salt pinch • Makes 9-12 cookies • Directions: • 1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside. • 2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. • 3.
