After trying my hand at Mood's Zinnia Jacket free sewing pattern last month, I started thinking of different ways this jacket could be styled. For this one, I went with a gorgeously smooth velvet, ruched sleeves, and few gold buttons to top off the royal vibe.

Mood recently received this new jacquard with cats in top hats on it, and after pairing it with The Zinnia Jacket free sewing pattern, I now have the absolute best addition to my wardrobe that can never be beat. This fabric drapes like an absolute dream. I can envision it as a gorgeous retro swing dress as easily as I can see an adorable bomber jacket or even some cute as heck statement pillows. Personally, the outerwear direction I decided to go in was absolutely purr-fect.
