An easy DIY halloween costume is Eye Candy just hot glue google eyes and canys on a shirt (I also made a bow to go with it). Make sure you pur something inside thw sirt before you hot glue or it will stick to the other aide of the shirt. Total to make this was about $15 thats including the bow but it could be made for less.
