The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing the comfort we needed. The location was convenient, with nearby shops and easy access to the main road for our visits to friends.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with better lighting in the seating area, as it was difficult to read the newspaper.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff, especially Lauren and Kelly, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They really stood out and made me feel at home. the shower was great, and I appreciated the provision of shower and hand soap. the double glazing and the trees outside helped to block out the noise from the nearby road. the bed was so comfortable that I actually looked into buying the mattress, which is a Hypnos brand. It was convenient to have a local Co-op store just outside the hotel and a pub right next door. the staff were excellent and went above and beyond to be helpful, especially towards my kids. the restaurant next door had a huge gluten-free menu and the food was fantastic. the hotel facilities were also top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay at the Premier Travel Inn in the city. the staff were more than helpful and very kind. When we encountered a small issue with our initial room, the staff quickly resolved it and apologized sincerely. They even gave us a better room on the ground floor. the restaurant next door had a great gluten-free menu and the hotel facilities were excellent. the beds were also incredibly comfortable.

The staff at Premier Travel Inn were exceptional. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even being very kind to our kids. the nearby restaurant had a fantastic gluten-free menu and the food was delicious. We also loved the excellent facilities around the hotel, and the location was perfect with a great pub attached and a convenient local shop just across the road. the room was clean, warm, and had a comfortable bed. Lorraine at reception gave us a warm welcome and was a true credit to the Premier team.
