How to Make Parmesan Bread Bowl Dip:
This recipe puts a different spin on a baked dip! First, preheat the oven your oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment or aluminum foil.
In a medium bowl, mix the mayo, parmesan, dressing mix and minced garlic. Cut a circle in the top of the bread, pull or cut out the inside of the bread to make a “bowl”. Keep that bread for dipping!
Spoon the dip mixture into the bread bowl. Place on the lined sheet pan. I wrapped the foil around the base of the bowl just to protect the bowl from getting too crispy in the oven, but it’s not required.
Bake for one hour. Serve immediately with veggies or pretzels and that leftover bread! Can also be made ahead of time and reheated!
Hope you enjoy!
