ไอโซลิวซีน—ทีอาร์เอ็นเอไลเกส (อังกฤษ: isoleucine-tRNA ligase; EC 6.1.1.5) เป็นเอนไซม์กลุ่มอะมิโนเอซิล ทีอาร์เอ็นเอ ซินเทเทส ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มย่อยของเอนไซม์ในตระกูลไลเกส มีหน้าที่สำคัญในการแปลรหัสพันธุกรรม ดังปฏิกิริยาด้านล่าง นอกจากนี้ ไอโซลิวซีน—ทีอาร์เอ็นเอไลเกส ยังมีส่วนช่วยในการสังเคราะห์กรดอะมิโนวาลีน, ลิวซีน, ไอโซลิวซีน และอะมิโนเอซิล—ทีอาร์เอ็นเอด้วย

อย่างไรก็ตาม หากอิงตามระบบการตั้งชื่อเอนไซม์จะเรียกเอนไซม์ชนิดนี้ว่า L-isoleucine:tRNAIle ligase (AMP—forming) ส่วนชื่ออื่นที่ใช้บ่อย ได้แก่ isoleucyl—tRNA synthetase, isoleucyl—transfer ribonucleate synthetase, isoleucyl—transfer RNA synthetase, isoleucine—transfer RNA ligase, isoleucine—tRNA synthetase และ isoleucine translase
การศึกษาโครงสร้าง
[แก้]ในปี ค.ศ. 2007 ได้มีการจำลองโครงสร้างของเอนไซม์ในกลุ่มนี้ได้สำเร็จ 10 ชนิด ซึ่งไอโซลิวซีน—ทีอาร์เอ็นเอไลเกส ก็เป็นหนึ่งในเอนไซม์เหล่านั้น โดยสามารถเข้าถึงโครงสร้างของเอนไซม์เหล่านั้นได้ในฐานข้อมูลของธนาคารข้อมูลโปรตีน ภายใต้รหัส 1FFY, 1JZQ, 1JZS, 1QU2, 1QU3, 1UDZ, 1UE0, 1WK8, 1WNY และ 1WNZ.
