VisitSanAntonio.com wants you to spice up your emoji list with new Alamojis. They’ve curated a collection of images that represent the historic Texas city that smartphone users can pepper into their texts. MySA.com says “On iPhones, the app can be incorporated into the keyboard. The Alamojis send more like stickers than traditional emojis. Android users are giving the app 5-star ratings and said the icons are also sent as ‘image files’ in their texts.” It’s a good thing that they’re more sticker-like than traditional emoji-size since they’re very detailed and incredibly adorable!

The emojis are renderings of San Antonio icons like the Alamodome, a spur, a boat like the ones that float along the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and even Mission San Jose. All of the tiny drawings are very colorful, mimicking the vibrant personality of the city. The nod to Mexican culture culminates in some of the best Alamojis, like a batch of cascarones (eggshells with confetti inside them meant to be cracked over someone’s head during celebrations), a calavera (sugar skulls displayed during the Dia de Los Muertos holiday), and papel picado (beautifully cut paper banners).
