This is in excellent condition. We have had it for a couple years. My daughter has used it for playing gigs and for recording videos. It has a been set up with new bone nut and saddle. The action has been adjusted to lower fingerpicking style. Has Fishman electronics.. If you look these up, they are supposedly built with same materials as Martin's. She is upgrading to a higher end guitar- Probably a Martin- D-28 or comparable.
