Background of the label stylized for the old steam ship hull, with plenty of seams and rivets. This project was a continuation of the contest for the same product label. Client decided to use the winner's label for another drink and asked me to slightly modify my contest entry. Idea was to create a vintage style and look label from the beginning of last century. Something with tropical/carribean feel and an atmosphere of meeting after being apart a long time... Like all my works this label is completely hand-drawn and I really like it. Original, hand-made artwork never dies ;)!

"Description of the product A woodsy, musky cologne for men. The name foxfire comes from a type of bioluminescent mushroom that grows deep in the forest." Something that evokes the forest. It will go on a dark amber bottle, so I thought autumn colors, like dark reds and oranges might be nice. Although the name comes from the bioluminescent fungus, I don't think a blue-green glowing fungus would be aesthetically pleasing. It might be nice to play on the "fox" in the name and use colors that are reminiscent of a red fox.
