Floor
The cloth carpet is fine in the Previa, but isn't that easy to clean and doesn't fell great after it becomes soiled. If you are using your Previa a lot, you are going to track in dirt, mud, sand, snow and possibly bubble gum. That said, you may want to cover up your floors with something.
Floor mats are the simplest way of covering up your floors. They cover the heavy traffic areas and allow you to remove them, wash them and dry them out before reinstalling them in a fresh and clean state.

You can easily recarpet the rear of your Previa with your choice of carpet. A road map carpet is optional and has its obvious advantages. A Road Rug can also be placed over a wood floor.

You can get really creative with rugs and carpet for your Previa.
Wood makes a great floor. It is easy enough to work with, is economical and reasonably durable.
Hardwood planks are nice.
Plywood coated with polyurethane should provide years of good use.

This allows for rather easy installation once you make a wood subfloor. The vinyl can have a nice look and feel to depending on what you choose.

Rubber and Vinyl flooring can be used to cover your floor. It is waterproof and easy to clean up. There may be some off gassing and a bit of gym odor, but this won't be noticeable by most.
