This one was pretty easy, and the 100 elite mobs near Highmaul are easily avoidable.

Here's a list of Tomtom waypoints for the exploration achievement as I found them using only a ground mount.

They’re spaced out so you can copy one section and use the regular WoW macro creator or copy them all and use the add-on Paste.

These are set in no particular order, you can adjust Tomtom to automatically set the next closest waypoint to minimize backtracking.

I know this is a little late, but maybe it will help someone else one day. With the Highmaul Harbor one, you don't need to get to the harbor, just discovering Highmaul ticked it off the list for the achievement. So you only need to get in enough to trigger that then you can retreat (I had issues getting in till I realised I didn't need to).
