Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

Scott was top-notch across the board. We were helping our daughter purchase her first home and Scott was great in explaining all the terminology to her throughout the process. Scott's team was always on point and very prompt in processing all the documents required. Additionally, Scott recommended a great loan buy-down strategy which will end up saving quite a bit of money each month and an opportunity to re-fi when rates settle a bit lower in a couple years. All in all Scott would come highly recommended from us with a 5 Star rating.

Scott is amazing and his customer service is incredible. It's hard to find someone who is this dedicated to their career I've personally called him at odd hours and even weekends and he's always happy to help me with any situation I'm facing. Their are some loan officers who are in it strictly for a paycheck Scott is definitely not one of them- from the minute you 1st talk/meet with him it's obvious that his #1 focus is on helping you. With Scott your not just a walking paycheck your a client to him and his whole focus is dedicated to helping you in fact he has a way of making you feel like a lifetime friend. He has a vast amount of knowledge a strong work ethic that is client and not number oriented- (he bends over backward to get the job done) and he's an all around down to earth great guy. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Scott Buehler to any of my friends and family. Scott is the best! I'm a first time homeowner and am extremely new to the process. Truthfully I lacked even basic knowledge of how the mortgage process works. Scott was there for me every step of the way - from the first phone call until the closing. He answered every single one of my (sometimes dumb) questions was EXTREMELY prompt with every response and was very kind and generous with his time. Beyond that he provided a wealth of valuable information above and beyond what was actually required for my mortgage. It felt like I was talking to a friend. Does it sound like I'm laying it on sort of thick? I am and with good cause. They have a team of other professionals from the realtor, inspector, appraiser and title company that all work very well together. We would definitely use them again.
