I am a firm believer in customer service. I will do my best to respond to all questions and purchase orders within 24 - 48 hours. During the summer months my family and I spend a lot of time at the lake. I will respond to all inquiries and orders as soon as I return. I am not usually gone for more than 5 days at a time. All questions will be answered to the best of my ability. If I do not have the answer you are looking for I will do my best to find that answer.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

I ship using Priority Mail and all items are insured. If you prefer another method of shipping I will try to accommodate your request. I will ship all items as soon as payment has been received. Items paid for with a personal check will be held until the check has cleared. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance. I will combine shipping on all orders when possible.
