As I’m writing this blog post I’m munching on Siete Sea Salt Potato Chips. They’re so yummy and have better ingredients than most potato chips.
Let’s talk about my love for this brand—it runs deep. I don’t think there is one product they make that I don’t like. Plus, one major benefit to the brand is that the products they offer are grain free, gluten free, dairy free, and soy free! You would think that all of their products would taste like cardboard, but it’s completely the opposite. Whenever I see a new product from them on the grocery store shelves, I can’t wait to try it. They keep getting better and I incorporate most of their products in my weekly meal planning.
When they first came to grocery stores, they came out with tortilla chips and I will admit that it took me a second to fall in love. They were a different texture and I wasn’t convinced. Then came a taco seasoning, enchilada sauce, queso, potato chips, and cookies. Every product just kept getting better and better.
Their tortillas practically saved me. I ALWAYS have them in stock at my house and because I have celiac disease and can’t make a traditional burrito or tacos with flour tortillas, these have become my life line. During the week I can finally indulge in a breakfast burrito, tacos, and even wraps. My favorite is the cassava flour and almond flour.
Siete also makes super flavorful sauces, seasonings, and healthy snacks that even my kids like!
Here’s a thorough list of the absolute best Siete products. These truly all have my stamp of approval. If you haven’t tried anything from the brand, I highly suggest stopping in your nearest Wholefoods or Sprouts to stock up.
Cassava Flour Tortillas
Y’all these tortillas were my first love. I was newly dealing with cutting gluten out of my daily life and it was HARD. I was tired of eating corn tortillas, and to be honest, I wanted to limit corn in my diet. I keep these in the refrigerator and pop them on a frying pan. So easy and perfect for anyone trying to sub out gluten due to allergies.
Cinnamon Chips
I’m still in awe of how they make everything taste so good and still use clean ingredients. It stumps me and gets me excited all at the same time. I’m warning you: These churro strips can probably be eaten in one sitting. They’re super addicting and are made with coconut sugar and avocado oil, yay!
Taco Shells
Sometimes I just want a hard shell on taco Tuesday. These grain free hard shells are so ridiculously tasty. They’re easy to break, so just keep that in mind when assembling your taco. My kids gobble them down and have no idea they are “healthier.”
Tortilla Chips
These have become my favorite tortilla chip they make, and I just recently spotted them at Costco. They’re light, crispy, and perfect for dipping. I do not feel guilty eating them, and again, they’re paleo and vegan and are made with just a few essential ingredients.
Taco Seasoning
This is stocked in my spice cabinet at all times. I mean you never know when a taco night will pop up. They come in mild and spicy but my kiddos love the mild seasoning the best. It honestly adds so much flavor to your meat. Whether you’re making turkey or ground beef, your tacos will be filled with a delicious blend of spices. I love that it doesn’t contain any preservatives, which is a huge plus when it comes to seasonings.
Enchilada Sauce
Believe it or not, my kids prefer this enchilada sauce over other store bought brands. Little do they know that this is made with apple cider vinegar. It’s crazy how flavorful this sauce can be, but again is super duper healthy.
I love both green and red sauces, and we make veggie enchiladas or chicken at least once a month. I also use this sauce as a base with some kind of ground meat and then make taco bowls. This sauce is always stocked up for a quick family dinner. Some other ways you can use this sauce: Drizzle it over nachos, use it as a base in tortilla soup, or throw it on chicken in your crock pot for shredded chicken tacos. The meal ideas are endless.
Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
I’m not kidding when I say this, these are hands down addicting and sometimes I feel like I could eat a whole bag in one sitting. They are all so darn good, it’s hard to pick a favorite. I have fully switched my family’s chip addiction over from bad oil chips (vegetable oil, corn oil, and canola oil) to these crazy good chips (made with avocado oil). They’re perfect with your lunches or while watching a football game.
