Mini Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cones
Do you LOVE cookie dough? Are you a human? Okay then this post is for you. Seriously, if you don’t love raw cookie dough I’m just not sure that you are a human being. If you want to weed out your human friends from your non-human ones then I suggest you make some cookie dough desserts and sit back and let the revealing begin.
The good news is that you can make cookie dough without the eggs so these are totally safe to eat. No, really I checked- there is no law that says you have to put eggs in your chocolate chip cookie dough! So you can make and eat eggless cookie dough all summer now!! Bikinis are over-rated anyway.
You are going to make your favorite chocolate chip cookie dough. Embrace your new found knowledge that you can omit the eggs. Then go crazy. That’s pretty much how this recipe goes. You can do anything you want with the dough that may include (but is not limited to) eating it by the spoonful. You’re welcome!
I’ve seen these tiny ice cream cones at a few stores in the past couple of weeks. {Note my preschooler’s giant hand.} Since I like cookie dough ice cream I decided to fill these cones up with ice cream then top them off with a scoop of cookie dough. I also filled some of the cones with mini m&m’s, crushed Oreos, and more cookie dough!

Can i use white granulated sugar instead of brown sugar?
I did not test the recipe using only white sugar, but you could certainly try!
How do I buy these cones
You can find the mini ice cream cones at Wal-Mart.
Very cute idea. But there is a possibility of getting e coli from eating raw flour.
Dang, these are too stinkin' cute.
These cute cones need to make their way into my kitchen quickly!

Can you tell me where you bought the mini ice cream cones? Thanks.
How fantastic – I love raw cookie dough!!!
Thanks for the eggless tip. My daughter was once looking for stuff to coat in chocolate, to make filled bonbons. She's 8, so fancy stuff like coconut, etc was out. We used chocolate chip cookie dough and they turned out delicious. We had used Egg Beaters, the non-fat egg stuff that comes in a carton and is pasteurized, so that dough was also safe to eat. Unfortunately we don't have the mini-cones, but if we ever find them…
Seriously who doesn't love raw cookie dough?! These are the cutest.
