Early on in the movie, the Family Robinson Band are seen performing their 1972 Malaysian #1 hit "You Do It Once, You Do It Twice" in a club, which is visited by the Pontianak. "You Do It Once, You Do It Twice" was also recorded by the Dutch band "Continental Uptight Band" as "On The Ride (You Do It Once, You Do It Twice)" who had a hit with it on the Dutch singles chart around the same time. The song was co-written by Lynsey De Paul (credited as Rubin, her real name) and Ed Adamberry.
