The first time you connect your iPhone to iTunes with a data connection, iTunes will load your Cell C data and MMS settings on it.

Alternatively you can set the parameters yourself

1On your iPhone screen, tap Settings.

2Scroll to and tap General.

3Scroll to and tap Network.

4Tap Cellular Data Network.

5Under MMS.

6Tap the APN field, and enter MMS.

7Tap return.

8The username and password fields below should be left blank.

9Username:

10Password:

11Tap return.

12Select the MMSC field and enter //MMS.cmobile.co.za

13Tap return.

14Select the MMS Proxy field and enter 196.031.116.250:8080

15Tap return.

16The MMS Max Message Size field is set: 307200

17Tap return.

18The MMS UA Prof URL field can be left empty.

19Press the home button to return to the main screen.

Manual internet settings are also required

1From the main menu tap Settings.

2Tap Cellular.

3Ensure that Cellular Data is turned on.

4Scroll to & tap Cellular Data Network.

5Type the word internet in the APN field.

6The username and password fields below should be left blank.

7Press the home button to save the APN and exit to the main screen.

8Restart the iPhone.

SETTING YOUR MOBILE NETWORK TO "AUTOMATIC"
IOS 12:

1Go to Settings.

2Select Mobile Data.

3Select Mobile Network.

4Switch "Automatic" on.

IOS 11 AND LOWER:

1Go to Settings.

2Select Carrier.

3Switch "Automatic" on
