Looking for versatility, homogeneity with the materials and low budget, the reform of this stationer's was carried out in 2009 due to retirement of the former owners. The store has a sales area and reduced exposure of about 55m2 but with a height of 3.90m which took full advantage. Access is via a staircase with a white porcelain floor different from the rest of the room. This starts from the same side of the street, simulating a carpet that leads directly to the counter. The shelving system is the subject of space. Resolved from Flanders pine planks of 4cm thick placed every 60cm. From here they are totally versatile as you can move and add shelves, door modules, drawers and cabinets. A staircase with a fixed guide on the boards provides access to higher shelves. All lighting is well maintained, with recessed halogen lamps and metal halide carriles. The reduced color palette combines white and black used in walls, ceilings and furniture with grayish brown along the pavement to provide wood notes of warmth to the whole. The budget was around € 40,000 and we spent 5 weeks of work to leave the store list.
