Guy Rudolf Bentinck was born on 11 February 1941.1 He was the son of Captain Wolf Wolter Rudolf Bentinck and Yvonne Street.2 He married Phoebe Georgina Harris, daughter of Christopher Money Harris and Ruth Cunliffe Harwood, on 10 November 1970.1 He and Phoebe Georgina Harris were divorced in 2001.2 He died on 30 June 2012 at age 71.3

Christopher Money Harris was born on 26 September 1907.2 He was the son of Alfred Herschel Harris and Suzanne Amèlie Anstie.2 He married Ruth Cunliffe Harwood, daughter of George Harwood, on 22 November 1935.2 He died on 7 April 1997 at age 89.2
He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1933 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He fought in the Second World War, with the Reserve of Air Force Officers.2 He was Founder Chairman of the Association of Professional Foresters.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Gloucestershire.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.)2
