Participation in Wyoming's delegate selection process is open to all voters who wish to participate as Democrats. All persons residing in the county and registered to vote as Democrats, at least 15 days prior to the county caucus/convention, may vote at the county caucus/convention. Saturday 9 April 2016 (presumably): Wyoming County Caucuses. Delegate Pledging: Proportional Caucus/Convention. Voter Eligibility: Closed Caucus/Convention.
Saturday 9 April 2016 (presumably): First tier County Caucuses. Democratic Party Country Caucuses (also known as "County Conventions") meet in each county at 11 am MDT. 14 of 18 delegates to the Democratic National Convention are pledged to presidential contenders based on the results of the voting in today's Wyoming County Caucuses. A mandatory 15 percent threshold is required in order for a presidential contender to be pledged National Convention delegates at either the congressional district or statewide level. The County Caucuses also choose delegates to the Wyoming State Democratic Convention.
