This CD was released exclusively at Animate retail stores in Japan. Customers who purchased the Musashi Edition (PORS-0001) at Animate stores received a stamp card with their purchase. Purchasing either the Kojirou Edition (PORS-0002) or the Nyarth Edition (PORS-0003) at Animate stores would each earn the customer a stamp on their card. After purchasing all three CDs and presenting a completed stamp card, customers could receive this CD for free. It includes the pilot episode of the Team Rocket's Secret Empire radio program
