Title Investigation of Gene Regulation Induced by Merkel Cell Polyomavirus (MCV) Large T Antigen

Summary We report the ability of MCV LT to regulate gene expression in human fibroblast cells.
 
Overall design 12 samples were analyzed with three replicates per sample. Empty Vector_GFP was used as a control. Treatment groups included BJhTERT cells expressing MCV LT, MCV LT MUR deletion mutant (dMUR), and MCV LT with p21 knockdown.
