WSC

The conference theme for WSC '16 is "Simulating Complex Service Systems". As service industries continue to grow in scope and complexity, the ability to use simulation to understand these systems becomes more important. As we are all aware, the moment you add a human resource or entity to a simulation model the complexity of that model increases greatly and our ability to accurately model these resources and entities becomes paramount. The research which comes out of WSC will provide insight into these complex systems and pave the way into the future.
