Analisis Proses Assembly Core External Engine dengan Metode Six Sigma untuk Mengurangi Delay Maintenance di PT. GMF AeroAsia

Abstract
Ketepatan waktu Maintenance merupakan upaya perusahaan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen agar pesawat mereka dapat melayani penumpang sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. PT. GMF AeroAsia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pemeliharaan, perbaikan, dan perawatan pesawat terbang. Ketepatan waktu perawatan mesin pesawat terkadang masih sering terjadi keterlambatan khususnya pada bagian pemasangan atau Assembly Engine sehingga perlu adanya dilakukan perbaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui faktor penyebab keterlambatan proses Engine Maintenance pada bagian Assembly Core External Engine. Maka, untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut digunakan metode Six Sigma. Dari hasil perhitungan, didapatkan nilai sigma sebelum perbaikan sebesar 2,4σ dan nilai capability process sebesar 0,8 yang menandakan sering terjadi Delay. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan, nilai sigma yang diperoleh sebesar 3,04σ dan nilai Capability Process sebesar 1,01 yang menandakan bahwa usulan perbaikan yang dilakukan berdampak positif terhadap pengurangan Delay.
