The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) is a government owned and controlled corporation that was created by virtue of Republic Act 7922, otherwise known as the “Cagayan Special Economic Zone Act of 1995″. It was authored by Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile, a native of Cagayan Province, and approved by then President Fidel V. Ramos. It has been tasked to manage and supervise the development of the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZFP).

As part of our enhanced security measures in Sta. Ana, Cagayan, we reiterate that all residents and visitors passing through the CEZA archway, Filipinos and foreign nationals alike, have to undergo the standard security checks conducted by our security personnel.
Please be advised also that all foreign national employees and visitors have to obtain clearance from CEZA prior to their arrival in the Zone. This can be obtained through the submission of a request letter addressed to the CEZA A/CEO and e-mailed to [email protected], copy furnished [email protected] along with a copy of the passport and/or visa of the employees and/or visitors.
