In this paper we report on the investigation of baryonic resonance production in proton-proton collisions at the kinetic energies of 1.25 GeV and 3.5 GeV, based on data measured with HADES. Exotica production with ALICE / Dönigus, Benjamin (Frankfurt U., Inst. Kernphys.) /ALICE
The high collision energies reached at the LHC lead to significant production yields of light (anti-)nuclei and (hyper-)nuclei in proton-proton, proton-lead and, in particular, lead-lead collisions. Low mass dilepton production in pp, p–Pb and Pb–Pb collisions with ALICE / Falco, Alessandro De (Cagliari U. ; INFN, Cagliari) /ALICE
Low mass vector meson (rho, omega, phi) production provides key information on the hot and dense state of strongly interacting matter produced in high-energy heavy-ion collisions (called Quark-Gluon Plasma, QGP). Strangeness enhancement is one of the possible signatures of the Quark-Gluon Plasma formation and can be accessed through the measurement of phi meson production with respect to rho and omega mesons. Hyperon Production in pp Collisions at √s = 7 TeV at the LHC with ALICE / Borissov, Alexander (Pusan Natl. U.) /ALICE
The Sigma^0(Sigmā^0) baryon is studied in the transverse momentum range between 1 and 10 GeV/c using the unique capability of the ALICE detector to measure low energy photons.
